Colorado form 1 & 4 transfer data / wait times

There's never been an issue with F1's. It's the Form 4's that have been in limbo forever.

Dumb question but my last form was paper form 4. Without a trust how does it work to do a form 1 online when I have to send in the fingerprints,pic, and check? Fill It out online then send in that other stuff ?

Could you verify your filed date? It says 2015 which is over a year ago, throwing the entire filed date into question. The ATF just told me that it was "impossible" for a From 1 from the end of January to already be approved.

I've had one pending since 12/30/2015; still not approved.

This is likely a more timely reference to your situation.

Although, I would love to believe late January 2016 efiles are coming through. 1/28/16 efile Form 1 for me.

We had a person drop by the club last Tuesday saying his Form1 was approved and he put it in on Jan 15th, I put mine in Jan 29th and got my approval today. So maybe it was just luck?
