    Just got two Form 1's on a trust back. Card was charged mid March 2016, approved 12-5-17, stamps showed up today, 12-18-17. Sorry I don't have an exact date, my online bank records don't go far enough back to see the actual day lol. Still waiting on two Form 4's that were cashed 20 days prior to these Form 1's.
