Lets take it out and shoot with it.

I have a 10/22, and the only things I've bought for it, besides more magazines, is a KIDD trigger, mag release and bolt hold open. For this rifle, I could be a total KIDD fanboy.

Keep your eye out for dates on the .22lr steel dog match at WHAC east of Brighton.

Get there around 8A and zero it before the match. Many people get there early to reverify their zero or just get a little practice in at 200 yards. The ammunition you shoot is every bit as important as the rifle. The nice thing about a .22lr is most of the ammunition costs pennies rather than quarters or even dollars.

Ok. I'm curious. Why didn't you replace the barrel like everyone else who mods their 10/22?

I did not know I could get there early, I just may do that. What ammo do you use?

Federal bulk packs. I normally shoot a Marlin 795 over open sights, so there is no point in me spending more. I lob them out there and hope the target gets in the way

    Hi
Did you check the head space when you polished the bolt face?
