Tim, You should name that rifle "Goodbye Kitty"

No felines were harmed in the production of this rifle.

Hoser, You are the King of Gun Porn.

    No way that's not funny.

Funny, there's not a single cat in my neighborhood. We seem to be conspicuously short of crows, too...

Remington 40X from 1956, AICS, SWFA Super Sniper 16X scope, 25 MOA two piece bases, and some cheapo rings. Modified stock Remington trigger breaking at 1lb.

I'll be shooting this for the first time as a complete rifle Tuesday night at the OTC.

The holes in the wall are from chrono testing in my shop. I was sure 5 layers of 3/4" particle board would stop a target velocity .22. The stucco on the outside of the house did though...

The first one is my first gun, it was a Christmas present and I was thirteen. I put the scope on it around 1984 and zeroed it at 100 yards, if you miss it is your fault. Took many a ground squirrel and more that a few gophers with it. The second one I inherited when my dad passed and it was the first rifle I ever fired. Dad would only let me load 5 rounds at a time. I hope to be able to pass them both on to any grandchildren that my daughter may give us.
