I get that they sell these by weight and there may be some settling, but it seems a little excessive that this can was only half full. Talk about a surprise when I opened it up to make some soup tonight.

If that represents 217 servings, as is listed on the can, I'm wondering if it's meant for humans or mice....?
Is it possible that they leave enough room in the can to rehydrate the entire thing?
Wow,worse than potatoe chips.I've got a few things from them but I only opened the powdered cheese.The can of bell peppers does feel light.
Part of the reason I do my own in Mylar. Now as to the peppers I opened a can from Honeyville foods and it was at least 3/4 full. Peppers are one of those things that do compress but nowhere near the can above.
For daily use the dehydrated onions from sams or costco work fine and are the same thing without having to open a can.
Almost makes me want to open a can from another mfg to compare.

Nobody's coming, what ya do that was so wrong.
Good luck contacting them. We are on the 2nd 10 days out of an order placed beginning of Nov. Demand is that high or suppliers are having issues.
