My brother ordered case of 9mm from Midway about 9 months ago. He received less than half of it. The box was destroyed and partially taped back together. UPS was the carrier. Long story short, he got screwed. Neither Midway or UPS made it right.

Been there, done that, Midway shipped the missing ammo to me straight away.
All the folks saying to contact Midway are correct.
I had a damaged package shipped from them, that was missing 2 of 5 AR mags. I called and spoke with a very friendly CSR, and they had my mags to me in a couple days, no questions asked.
I've had very horrible experiences with UPS also. Just terrible terrible.
Just doing what I can to stay on this side of the dirt.
you should not keep the ammo that arrived, send to me at po box......

Obama, so full of crap it is a miracle Air Force One can even get off the ground,
My UPS shipments always seem to arrive damaged when they have the "ORM-D" sticker on the outside. No sticker, no damage...
OK, Midway is filing a claim with UPS. They told me another box of ammo is in the mail. We will see. Midway could not have been more helpful. I did tell them that the airbags they use for packing expand at 9000ft (where I live) and bulge the boxes out till they split. That is what happened. At least I got my Samson Evolution Rail. This build will be sick when I'm finally done.![]()
