Reloading room/gun room ideas

So I am reclaiming a 9' X 12' basement room with great lighting, electric floor board heater (only one in house), and a window. The basement flooded last summer and this room took a hit, it was storage.

I am looking for ideas for a cheap built in gun cabinet, cheap and easy to build. Security is not a big concern and my kids know better. The room will be locked so a light lock would be plenty.

Reloading bench and shelves. I don't care for my old bench and would like to improve it with a cheap easy setup.

I did have a cable guy run cable in it today so TV is covered
