What do you put in your bug out bag?

Okay, so I've come to the conclusion that I need to put together a real bug out bag. First things first, I really don't know what you put in a bug out bag. I usually keep a first aid kit, survival kit, food (protein bars), and water in the truck, But what else do guys keep in your kits and why?

And everything above have at least 2 - 3 uses.

Then test the stuff out. I'm wanting to take my Get home bag and nothing else out this year and test it out. Perhaps with a organize a gathering or so.

+extra layer of clothing. Ultimately the goal is stay warm, protected, and content (food/water). :P
