Default Is there an Electrician in the house? (subpanel install)

If it is viable and affordable, I am looking to get a sub-panel installed in my garage and thought I'd check in here for an electrician before hitting the yellow pages.

I'm in East Aurora and have the typical 200amp breaker box on the side of my house...which is full. There are two 20amp circuits that run all along my house in a metal conduit to my garage on the other side. This is unfortunately not enough power for the project I am currently doing. I am pulling a steady 2.5kW from those circuits and plan to add another 3kW in the coming months. I also might need to run a small window a/c unit to keep things cool come summer. I can't even run my air compressor right now without having to turn equipment off.
I was thinking of maybe getting a 50amp box installed in the garage and possibly even a 220v outlet for if I ever get around to learning to weld, or buy an electric car (yeah right). I'm sure I could do this myself, but want to keep it in code and all that.

Sparky is our in house electrician here on the forum. If for whatever reason he's busy pm me I have a good electrician that I strongly recommend.
