Do you get bored shooting .22s?

Shooting any caliber that doesn't involve a varmint at the other end is boring to me now. That being said, my .22 LR bolt gun is awesome on them out to 100 yards, with my longest hit at about 150 yards. Nice, quiet, and deadly with the right ammo.

I can say that a target can still isn't boring.
Tie a string to a tennis or racket ball and hang in the wind so it moves (swings) out at 2-300 yards. It can be interesting even for center-fire guns.

I've got some good spinner targets for .22, just need to find a good outdoor shooting spot where I can use them... When I took them up to pawnee, they were a lot of fun, definitely more so than shooting paper. I've also got some clips that hold clay targets, want to take them out for some fun targets as well.

And I enjoy shooting my little .22 six shooter a lot as well. But I always feel the need to finish up a range visit with my 1911, just to prove to everyone at the range how manly I am.
