I replaced a leaking radiator about 6 months ago, complete flush and refill with fresh water and antifreeze. 50/50.

Squeezed the top hose last night and it was not frozen in any way. Opened up the radiator and it was way, way low. Odd as the kid said he checked it and it was fine, obviously we need to talk about that.
I pulled the thermostat last night, but between the wife being sick, having to run to the store and pick up the daughter, and the son running off to work, being down a car and I just didn't get the job finished last night like I wanted to. Hopefully tonight.

Should have done the repair with son on site. This way he's that much more knowledgeable on car repairs.

BINGO!!!!....... You can teach them how to fish on their own and they can eat for a life time, or you can simply give them a fish and be stuck in a never ending loop of giving fish to them when they run out.
