Guys Im looking for a new area to go deer hunting this year..Ive collected 7 pref points..Im really looking to
go somewhere the is 'easy on the body' ( due to physical issues ) so my dad can tag along for what may be
his last rodeo.. I have really only hunted in the gunnison 54 area, Outside of Kreemling 27..and out east 93..

Are you wanting to kill mulies or white tails. Take a look at eastmans hunting journal. They break down point that it takes to draw, public land access, and terrain difficulty.
It is better to die on your feet then to live on your knees.

something new in the big game regs. is that they made it easy to see all the areas that requite 6 or more preference points to draw the tag. Not a whole lot of areas that require that many points, so maybe look through and then research those areas only.
