I have always brought my own homemade target stands just incase. Mine look similar to this. But again I have not been out to the new designated range there. I would assume it is bring your own.

yes you have to bring your own target stands
only paper, cardboard, steel targets allowed

Front page of the Coloradoan today was an article about the trash at the range.
the range itself has had very little trash. It has been policed pretty good so far, hopefully it stays that way. I was talking to a forest service employee there last week and he was as surprised as I was at how it's held up, he said its a pretty high priority for them to keep it staffed for now then soon they might look for volunteers to watch it. The other areas just got cleaned up recently, all hot tubs and chairs were removed, still look like a frat house though.
I will be there in a sliver ford pickup, just loaded up some ammo for the 45's
