I have always gone to Sears. That won't happen for much longer. The do have a scratch/dent/overstock warehouse, off of 6th, in Denver.

    Sears outlet is awesome.

The brand you should look to buy is Samsung. They by far lead the market. My Father in Law owns an appliance company that rents out appliances to apartment complexes and he only carries whirlpool, but he has Samsungs at home.

I also have samsung and love it.
My EDC: Handcuffs, Bandana, and Ball Gag.

If I'm ever at a party and the cops come to arrest people. Ill blindfold myself, throw the ball gag in, handcuff my hands, and hide in a closet. Police never arrest hostages!

Im a ge repair tech among other certs but ive worked on all brands.

Personally I avoid maytag. More marketing than anything.
    Emerson is trash
kenmore has one off parts so you have to go to the factory to be raped.
whirlpool are fine but parts are about 10percent higher.

Most of them are made at the same factory anyways.

I have a GE profile refrigerator that's 7 years old and I don't think it has an original mechanical part left in it (and is on its third ice maker)

Whirley-pop. Much better than micro and might take another min if ya know what your doing.

My stove is a circa 86-87 Jenn-Air before they were bought out. I love my stove and will fix it until the day I die. Bought it for $75 in 2001 when I did my remodel. But then I have not had to replace anything yet even though I have a bunch of spare parts just in case. (bought another stove for $100 and stripped it.)
I see you running, tell me what your running from

Nobody's coming, what ya do that was so wrong.

If you have the cash to drop, the Bosch dishwashers are amazing. They are not cheap, but I think I'm going to write this new dishwasher we bought into my will. We paid a premium for it, but it really is silent and we throw nasty, crusty, caked on pots and pans in there, and that thing spits 'em out pretty every single time. Haven't had it long enough to tell you whether it will last 20 years or not, but I never thought I'd be so excited about something like a dishwasher.

I have a Samsung fridge and it's great.

I will never buy another Kenmore (Sears) appliance. Our Kenmore range/oven switched on the broiler by itself one day and just got hotter and hotter. It would not shut off and I had to run outside and flip the breaker to kill it. Found a ton of reports of this same thing happening to other people. Glad we were home when it happened.

I replaced the range/oven and dishwasher with Frigidaire Gallery Series. They work OK, but I'm less than impressed. The convection oven takes an inordinate amount of time to preheat, and does not cook evenly (kinda defeats the purpose of having the convection oven function). The dishwasher takes about 3 hours to run a cycle and it's pretty loud, but it'll clean anything we put in it.

We've had GE, Whirlpool and Maytag. The GE and Whirpool ice makers all shit the bed as soon as the warranty ran out. We just bought a new home and ordered an LG refer, washer and dryer. The refer had to be counter depth and special ordered. Ordered from Home Depot and got 10% off of their regular discounted price. free delivery and installation.
