It's a semi older supposedly custom built tank with exceptionally thick glass. I had a basically professional body builder on one end, then myself and like a 45 year old guy on the other. We barely survived, weight lifter had basically grip and other injuries that had him not lifting or doing a ton for more than a week.
Also had to go down really tight stairs and goes on a 3 foot stand to place it at eye level doesnt help.
Dan D rental in Cheyenne has one of those 3 wheel'd stair hand trucks you can rent. Don't know the cost, or if it would be worth the drive. You could check around some other rental shops to see if they have one.

When I was looking everyone I talked to said they wouldn't take any safe weighing more than 900lbs down stairs. They said by the time you get the safe, the dolly, and the 1 or 2 guys you are real close to the limit that stairs can take.
