I wish they would just pay for an aftermarket upgrade...
Mine is affected but since I'm working on reload problems with my rifle, I have no freaking reason not to just send it back now. Besides, I'm super busy now until the end of May so why not.
I will be calling them on Monday, but I assume you have to remove the scope. I got my rifle 1.5mo ago, JUST got the freaking thing zeroed and spent nearly $50 on quality match ammo (1 box) to zero it so this just REALLY pisses me off!

I have 2 that are affected. =\
Mine too
Replace with Timney or Jewell.
Problem solved and you have a trigger that is safer than ANY factory Remington trigger.

Well I HAVE had my eyes on the Jewell 1.5oz-3lb trigger before I even bought my rifle, maybe I'll just buy it next month and avoid sending my rifle in.
We should get a group buy on triggers as mine is also effected. So what are the good ones?
Timney.
My sweet .260 build has this trigger.
crap.
Just doing what I can to stay on this side of the dirt.
Not affected! Glad to know for sure. Sorry to those of you that are affected.
I don't make the rules. I just think them up and write them down.
