SHTF battle-rattle: What do you think is important to have?

Thought i would start a thread that deals with the beyond BOB, GOOD, INCH bag. When you are going to "grab-and-go" My firearm and LBE are coming with me. Unfortunately training with it on during neighborhood walks is a little out of the question, but I wear it at the range to get accustomed to the weight.

My gear is far from finished, but I have ammo, multitool, .22 Single six and some .22LR. Wondering what you all have thought would be important enough to put on your belt or vest, etc. I also have a few pouches that I could put some goodies in like a cleaning kit or a compass, monocular, etc. I am sure a good blow out kit would be good.
