Default My first TX hogs... FUN!

Got these 165# and 120# sows a couple of weeks ago in the spectacular Palo Duro Canyon:

Unexpectedly semi-cold and wet, but mucho fun and I'll go back for more!

"Nothing special" RRA LAR 6.8 SPC, Trijicon 3-9x40 AccuPoint shooting SSA 110gr Barnes TSX -- Dropped 'em both in their tracks at ~130yds. Very impressed with the 6.8 and that TSX when pushed at 6.8 speeds is devastating!

I smell bacon in your future. That must have been a blast. Can't wait to do that myself some day. Did you spot and stalk or did you hunt a stand?

What position did you take each sow from? Where did the bullets enter the sows? Were both dropped with one shot? What were the terrain conditions?

Good shoot, btw, but I am a data whore and I love to get details.
