Anyone know if it is legal to shoot at this site just east of Aurora?

There seems to be an area east of N. Powhaton Rd where people go shooting. There are trashed out areas with discarded trash/targets and tons of shell casings. However I get the feeling that this isn't a 100% legal and people do it simply because they can get away with it. My research seems to indicate this area is inside the city limits of Aurora, which makes shooting there a huge no no. Anyone have any knowledge of this area?

This place is close to my house and perfect for pistol practice but I can't believe a legit open area would exist so close to the crappy, anti-2A City of Aurora. Any Aurora or Arapahoe County LEs on the board that can tell me if this place if GTG?

That's just SE of R&S's hood, he would know if it is within Aurora's city limits and if it is a legal shooting area. It is also east of AGC.

If this is the same place that my brother and them use to shoot at than you can no longer shoot there! The last time my brother shot there it had a shot up fridge and the cops told them people aren't allowed to shoot there any more.
