I was looking for an item I never did see on the forum (until I ordered one). Google shopping showed that Alamo Tactical had it for the best price . They did not have any retailer rating by google. Their website was very nice and professional looking. I decided to go out on a limb. The item was ordered. I received email conformation and receipt. after a week and a half and no item. I emailed asking politely when I should expect? Is there tracking info etc. Another week I aggressively start email and calling. Out of 10 or so times I called, the answering machine pick up twice and messages were left. Once someone called me back and left message on my machine. After 3 and a half weeks of no communication, my fourth email I asked to cancel my order. The next day email was replied to confirming cancellation. In the middle of this I checked the Better Business Bureau of San Antonio, Tx. With a BBB rating of C- this apparently is common with them.
