    Need to find locally a window well rated for egress. Also need a ladder for it. Thanks

    IIRC Rio Grande has them with the ladder and the rebar covers. It's on Osage between 5th and 6th ave.

    I use Adjust a grate window well covers. and the security kits and ladder kits. They are made in Co and available in Home depots

    Sparky, also look on Craigslist. I saw one last night for sale. A ladder is nothing special in there. They sell them at home depot or you can make one pretty easy as they just hang over the lip and some are bolted into the middle of the well.
