I picked up a cow tag for 16 3rd and another doe tag for the same GMU you got your tag for. I've got a hunting buddy with some land who tells me that the does are within 100 ft of the house and you can get within 20-40 yards of them. Jokingly, I told him to put the salt licks close to the house so I can shoot my bow out the window in case it's raining or cold. "Or something's interesting on TV", he replied.

I got a leftover antelope tag for the southeast once the website finally came back up. I'm constantly amazed at how gov run websites fail so often- well more amazed at how poorly they work. I think the process was a test to make sure you have the perseverance needed for lope hunting down there.

The actual ticketing site appeared to be third party, not .gov.

Got a leftover cow tag for one of my areas 4th season. Lack of time off will limit my archery bull hunt. Going to scout my antelope area tomorrow and smoke some pdogs.

I picked up a second season otc bull ticket and a late season deer..........did not realize the deer ticket was white tail only, so might be real interesting. Had a coworker compare hunting white tail up here to hunting unicorns, lol.

I got on the site later in the day and had no trouble applying for a leftover cow in the Walden area GMU's.

I won't go into details, but I goofed on my early leftover draw option and had to wait for the 8-5 OTC leftovers.

The online pdf (updated hourly) still showed > 900 tags for those GMU at 1525 hrs.

My brother just informed me that he secured me a cow tag for the local scout ranch. He's staff there. Woohoo freezer's been getting pretty empty.
