Need help identifying this mag. I can't make out the head stamp numbers have no idea what it's for. My aunt found this in he basement along with some other old ammo like .303 brit. Would like to find someone who could use this mag.

Thanks guys! I kind of thought it was .30 carbine but wasn't sure as I have never seen such a short mag for an M1 either. Btw it dies have siz rounds in it and looksblike it would hold another one also. It's all yours if you want it Bobby Z! Besides the mag there's a small handful of the .303 one other caliber and then an old box of federal 30-06. In Franktown right now too so I could meet up.

Saved from the dump! My Aunt is selling her 80 year old Englewood house (yep on Logan) and found these in her besement. She brought them to me to see if I wanted them before she took them to the hazardous material dump of thing they just had in Castle Rock. Told her PLEASE don't dump those! While they were for nothing I had I told her I will have no prob finding someone who wants them especially that old mag!

6 rds,almost sounds like someone cut down a standard 15 rounder.All the 5 rounders I had looked a bit shorter.
