AWESOME customer Service from BENCHMADE!

Just an FYI for anyone considering buying a Benchmade Knife.

I recently found my long lost Mini AFCK (now discontinued). The knife had seen HARD duty over the years. It must have slipped from my pocket years ago and got lost under a floor mat in the truck. Long story short...I FOUND IT!

Blade was beat up and the polymer spacer at the back of the grip was cracked. Pocket clip was bent and was the reason it slipped out in the first place.

I filled out the form and mailed it back to Benchmade with a repair request. USPS shows it was signed for on Friday night last week. I got an email THIS MONDAY AT 11am that it was repaired and on the way back via UPS!

Talk about customer service!

Knife showed up today.

New clip installed.
Old spacer replaced with new style stainless bolster spacers.
Knife disassembled, cleaned and reassembled WITH NEW SCREWS.
Blade sharpened and honed to razors edge.

Pretty impressed with their service repairing a 25 year old knife.

That's awesome. I have a few Benchmade and got one for my dad who likes cheap knives. I figured it'd be a nice change for him, but he doesn't carry it because he says it is too nice.

+1 for Benchmade CS. They used to charge for return shipping but now it's free. For $5 you can get something laser etched on the blade while it's there too.
