    Hysol

This is a Loctite product. Used in aerospace applications. Wicked strong. Kinda pricey. Make sure both pieces are really clean. Helps to rough up the surface a bit with 100grit sandpaper. Then clean again with water and dish washing soap. Rinse thoroughly, of course. Once it's clean, don't touch with your skin as the oils will degrade the strength of the bond.
No longer accepting new Trust clients. Pretty much out of the law business completely.

There are a bunch of different versions, but yes, the high-strength Hysol products are top of the class. There are several versions of it on Amazon, but the highest strength, heat cure products you can only buy from industrial supply houses.

JB Weld...they have some good products as well. Likely the application method and cure method is going to control which one works best. Just remember, everything else equal, the epoxy based adhesives will have a higher shear strength than the Methacrylate, Urethane (usually more flexible), Cyanoacrylates (instant adhesives like SuperGlue), and Neoprenes (contact adhesives) while also having better ability to fill, which means a better bond and superior strength.
