Default Primary Arms - Customer Service

I've ordered a few times from Primary Arms and always had good experiences. Just yesterday, I received an order from them. The item I ordered was the wrong color. I sent them an email notifying them of the problem last night. This morning, I got an email informing me that they were sending the replacement part today, before I even shipped the incorrect one back. Pretty amazing. I just got shipping notification that the new part is on it's way.

Customer service like this will keep me going back to them.

I agree, good product for a good price and their customer service is top notch.

Definitely a great product for the price. I have and older one that I have beat to hell. And it still runs solid. My only gripe is since it is the older gen, it doesn't take AA batteries.

I just bought two items from PA. I am sure I will continue to shop there as they have always been a good company to deal with. YMMV

Yep. They are a great company. I also had the same experience with ALG Defense recently. Good folks in the community.

+1 from me on ALG as well. Basically a Geiselle light for less money, since they are engineered by the same people.

He's a good guy and knows how to take care of screw ups, it was just as good when he was running it alone out of his garage.
