    Default CZ P09

Just interested if anyone has this model of handgun and what you think about it?

    Are CZs dependable?

I don't have a P-09, but I do have the compact P-07. It's a very tight fitting polymer pistol and some people complain about its stiff recoil spring. Meh, whatever. Mine is in 9mm and is extremely easy and fun to shoot. Muzzle rise is minimal with that heavy recoil and hammer spring, but it does tend to dip a little on lockup. No biggie. It's been 100% reliable so far and am planning on upgrading the ignition parts. For the price, IMO it's a Best Buy. Centennial Gun Club has a P-07 for rent for $10.

I was excited when the P-09's came out, and went to check one out.... Seems like a well build pistol and for a stock gun the trigger is not bad in SA. I would have bought one but, I hate the grip. It just does not feel good to me. Just to be clear I am a huge CZ fan boy. My favorite gun is my SP01 that I use to shoot 3 gun with.

while i don't have the p09, i have the c7-75 shadow custom and the sp01 shadow. Both guns have ran 100% in the my clubs lil competitions. I love em, and can't say anything negative about em. Both guns came from czcustom...http://czcustom.com/
