Sad part is the tubes are probably worth some $$ to collectors of fine old equipment. Finding said collectors is the hard part.
I still remember pulling tubes, going to the electronics store, testing them and buying new ones. Ahh, the good ol days.

When I was trying to get rid of a 50" they wanted $80 at the dump. I had a friend visiting from NY that had a good idea...go to WM and wait for a truck to park with an Odumba sticker. They go in and come back to find they've won a 50" TV!!!
