Any recommendations for a contractor or handy man in the Parker area that can build an interior wall with a closet?

Not sure what to budget so I'd like to get some quotes or if any of y'all have had one built, what was the cost?

Keeping the house for now, but I hope the addition of a bedroom will help raise the value and help it sell better later down the road when we do decide to sell.
