    Collision on the open seas when a Chinese Coast Guard Ship was harassing a Philippine Coast Guard Ship. This happened just the other day. Not a good ending.

    The Philippine Skipper ended up asking the Chinese if they needed any medical aid. Keep an eye out about 1/3 way through.
