    Suntory is THE new whiskey maker... Their stuff is taking tops at the whiskey tastings.. It's damn hard to find anything of theirs on the shelf..anywhere. Distributors are out..

    It's damn good stuff.. at least the 18 yr old Yamazaki is.. the Hibiki isn't too bad, but I'm not a fan of it..

    I have no idea about the bottle you have though..

    I agree that Suntory is now a player - but their 80s production probably wasn't up to their current standards. Be interesting to get some tasting notes on it.

    id be interested in knowing what the alcohol content is with that much evap.
