Recommend Steel rings under $100 for a 1000 yard rifle build

I used the Warnes steel Maxima series on my 6.5x284. I liked them. Not the prettiest, but for $40 at Sportsmans, I couldn't go wrong! My smith also said for the price, they can't be beat.
