    AR550 will resist dimpling a littler better than AR500 especially on shorter target distances. It will also have a slight edge on target life.

    Both materials provide outstanding targets, but the 550 edges it out in a few things!

    Ive been wasting money on numerous other options, just saw this at Liberty Arms last weekend and picked up a plate and stake/stand. Need to get at least a couple more.
