Default Looking for someone to do Media Blasting & Powder Coating

I have an old metal Craftsman toolbox from my FIL that's in great shape, but could use media blasting & a new powder coating so I can give it to my son.

Anyone here do this, or know someone who can for a fair price?

I have always used Colorado Powder Coating in Commerce City 303-853-0394
I have always been treated fair and thought it ways reasonably priced.

Since you're in COS, you might want to give Platinum Powder Coating a call, they are on Janitell down by Las Vegas. Good folks and good prices.

Taint Paint is also in the Springs TomTom.
I haven't had anything done by them in a few years but what they did do was first rate.
Keep in mind PC is thicker than paint, for close fitting parts or tapped holes you will be spending some time cleaning things up.

    Thank you.

Check with your powder coater G, most will do their own blasting. Most coaters will not warranty the finish if it was blasted elsewhere. Plus your cost savings are minimal.
Let them do it from cradle to grave.

Make sure they are good with sheetmetal, blast it incorrectly and it will oil can and warp. This is especially important with large areas of flat sheetmetal, you know-like a toolbox.

Good thing I have no clue about sheet metal. If some bozo making $7 per hour wants to touch it up they can be my guest but the reason I bought a cabinet years ago was the... well ya get my drift.
I see you running, tell me what your running from

Nobody's coming, what ya do that was so wrong.
