I sold a gun lasts week and the transfer was done there. Super nice people and some very nice merchandise.
Damage factory has earned 100% of my business these days. Those guys are great, know the laws, and have excellent pricing.
First time dealing with DF and not impressed AT ALL by the customer service, but looks like I am in the minority...

Homo Homini Lupus
Certainly not here to take up for Damage Factory, but these stores have been insanely busy for the past 7 months straight, with limited inventory and irate customers--many who lack knowledge of firearms, and are mad because you don't have the gun their buddy said they need, or ammo to go in it.
So, I'd say cut them some slack.
I saw this at a local shop here. Guy wanted to fight the employee, because he didn't have ammo to sell him. The shelves in that store are barely stocked, as almost every other gun store in the area, if not the country. And here's this guy going ballistic because they had no ammo to sell him.

As people said.
Not many inventory after panic spike of demands.
No cz mags so I had to buy glock 17 mag for $34 for transfer fee fulfillment ($25 merchandise).
Prior to panic buying, many many items on shelves.
I didn’t have a great experience doing an FFL transfer, until I decided to buy a firearm for my “spend at least $25”... then they got a lot nicer
It has been a tough year for the people behind the counter. We often wonder what foxhole our customers have been hiding in all year.
