ETA: Also, I don't see the Silver Bullet Shooting Range on your list. It's a decent indoor range that allows not only pistols but also rifles up to .308.
    +1 on Google

Would also add Northern Colorado Rod & Gun Club

Rocky Mountain Shooting Supply has a nice little pistol range in Fort Collins.

The Izaak Walton League/Pikes Peak Gun Club- Membership, or can pay to come on, not sure if you need to be with a member.

I have started a Google Map of the ranges listed. I will continue to add to the map as people add the ranges to this thread.

Cherry Creek Gun Club. Two indoor pistol ranges and a 100 yd indoor rifle range. It's just north of Florida and Clinton. www.cherrycreekgunclub.org

Can additional locations be added to this map? If so, can a second party do it? How? I looked and couldn't see how. Can it be saved for future reference?

I've been kinda lax at finishing this project. If I can find a really good map we could post to this thread and manipulate appropriately, that would be the best starting point. I'm just not a teckie-geek type person, but I'm pretty sure the google map will have some of issues with above.

K, all you geek-squad guys posting on the "do for a living" thread, step on up here and get us a good digital map we can use for this project. Then, we set up a data critera input template for everyone to collect and enter into the map.

Yes, additional locations can be added. I just put this together quickly and haven't added all sites yet.

Yes, I can add collaborators to the map so they can edit it. You will need a Gmail account so that I can add you. Once added, you will have the option to edit it. There is an option to allow ANYBODY to edit it, but I wanted to keep it as accurate as possible. Opening it to anybody on the Internet would cause some issues.

It is already saved and will never go away, unless Google goes away. Google Maps allows you to save maps linked to your Gmail account. I have all kinds of maps saved for my personal use.

Google has no issues with us using their map software. It is essentially the exact same thing as Google Documents (document, spreadsheet, presentation), but it is setup to do mapping.

If someone has a better setup, I'm all for it.

I met a person when I was checking out at Gander Mountain Sport. He had a 1000-rd case in his cart. We chatted about the cost of ammo and shooting ranges. He told me that he went to a place just short drive south of Idaho Springs. It is in a national forest.

If anyone can point out on the map where this place is, it would be really great.
