For a couple of "pocket guns", I think those groups are fantastic! Great shooting Ray.

Lol. Funny you should ask. I was going to send you a PM.

I seem to find it either rides too high or too low. Imagine that.

When it's too low it is difficult to grab the grip to draw and it jabs me in the leg if I sit down. Too high and the grip prints more than I like.

Might see see what I can do to fix it somehow.

No complaints about our deal though. Heck, you even told me why you didn't like it. Funny we both feel the same way about it.

Glad you mentioned that. On another forum I occasionally troll a guy posted that he felt the 43 was nothing more than a "belly gun" and was only good for near point blank use. Maybe I should post him up some pictures over there.

I'm regularly complimented at matches for the long shots I'm able to make with my M&P compact. I'm no match winner, but I always laugh when people make remarks about wanting a longer barrel for the longer shots.

It's a tough call. I practice all my self defense draw drills within that 7 yrds. I can shoot accurately past 7 yrds. But should I? Hopefully I never ever have to make that call.

I think you have your sights dialed in and a good feel for carry gun. Keep it up!

Good shooting Ray! I was real tempted to pick up that G code, keep us updated on how it's working for you. I need to get out and shoot my 43 some more. As far as carrying the pistol is concerned, I couldn't be happier. As hard as it was to part with the Shield, I certainly think I made the right choice.

The 43 carries like a dream. I think I've carried it maybe four times since I've had it. Maybe a total of about eight hours but never more than two or three hours at a time. Lol.

I'm still adjusting to this whole concealed handgun deal.

And you didn't call me again?

Thats OK, the wife and I were bird watching at Barr Lake

Looks like you had fun even if you were being anti-social

I was just doing you a favor.

Wasn't much planning on my part. Just work up at about 5:00am and decided to go. I could have called you then but you would have had to rush over so we could leave at 6:00.

And it's conversation like this that's going to make me go out and buy one....
