I haven't been for awhile.
Doesn't security march you through a metal detector like at Colorado Gun Collectors' Association annual show?
You would have to go out the side door with a Exhibitor's Badge and we all know that the Dealer's would not swipe anything from anyone.

No metal detectors upon leaving. Not even bag checks.
Thanks. That's what I figured from your post, but asked anyway.
Maybe I'm naive, but that sounds pretty high. Anyone know if those numbers are typical?

I did get asked by a deputy if I had any firearms in my bag on the way out, but he didn't actually check

Deputy? Yesterday it was just the private security guys but they also asked if I had any guns in my bag but didn’t check.

Went Sunday, saw the carrot dude. Actually made me crave carrot cake. But...gawdy jewelry, ugly purses, lipstick, and what looked like a hair dresser?! I did pick up an M&P22 at least.
TFOGGER, after now being aware of the thefts on Saturday that makes a lot of sense that a deputy would've been added. I know there was some kind of medical emergency on Saturday but didn't hear of the thefts until Eric P posted about it. I frankly was shocked that the security guard took my word that I didn't have any firearms in my bag-must be my honest face.![]()
