But as a dealer, would you sell a gun to someone smelling of pot?

I don't use, dont care who uses, just curious of dealer liability if any.
A few years ago I was at Machine Gun Tours making up a purchase. A kid was waiting for his background check to be processed and decided to go to his car and smoke some weed. He came back in and stunk up the store. The owner Allen had a field day with the idiot. Lets just say he did not get his money back for the background check and was ridiculed with no mercy.
It was quite funny and no, he did not get to purchase a firearm that day.

Even if it's legal, I don't think I'd take issue with the gun store declining to go forward with the background check, like in the example above. Having an FFL is serious and should be treated as such. Same as if someone was drunk at the time.

Understandably. yet thousands of people are walking around like zombies from the drugs their docs prescribe. Crazy isn't it . Can't write a script for weed and own a gun, so here's 25 morphine tablets

At FL- we don't service people who smell like pot, or alcohol. There's a sign on the door and another at the Range counter.

Default Another Tanner show, yay lol

I?m considering going tomorrow to try and sell a few things. Is it worth going? I?m no stranger to shows and have had luck before elsewhere, but have yet to go to a show in Colorado?

Is their a better day/time to go? Sat vs Sun? Morning vs Afternoon?

Ok, they need to change there ad.

On 93.7 they something close to this : instead of buying from the internet, handle your new gun while you use your negotiation skills to get the best price.

Not a direct quote but very close.

This ad can lead people to believe that you can purchase guns directly from the internet.

Stopped by on Sunday. No overly busy, about average. Same cast of characters. Cost $12 to get in though. Getting ridiculous.

Saturday had more people go thru than on Sunday.
Lots of dealers said they did well on both days.
Some interesting guns walked in and were purchased 9NOT by me!)
I bought a batch of Browning AN-M2 parts from across the aisle.
