What will be the procedure once the BGC clears, if it takes 10 minutes for an approval who do they report to to start the clock?

Already anyone under 21 years of age buying a firearm gets a 3 day delay on approval from CBI.Originally Posted by TEAMRICO
After 1 October all CBI checks will be an automatic 3 day delay on the approval and anyone under 21 need not apply.

So what they are trying to prevent will be encouraged through over regulation... black market parking lot deals. No check, no wait.
Happens to every market with excessive regulation
G-Money didn't pass no background check for that 3D printed Glock with the 33 round stendo and Chinese switch... those things are all over Denver right now.
Tanner gun show this weekend
Deplorable millennial born 30 years too late
Went yesterday, sold a gun, ammo prices were stupid for the most part though I did get some Federal 45acp fmj at a fair price, checked out some nice older S&W revolvers-didn’t buy, didn’t taste any jerky and there was incredibly beautiful and friendly woman working at the background check table lol. Not a horrible way to spend a couple hours out of the heat.

This Friday there is a TANNER gun show at the Norris Penrose event center here in Colorado Springs.
My wife and I will be set up there.
We will have some new / different items on the table.

TANNER gun show at the Norris Penrose event center here in Colorado Springs starts Friday afternoon (3PM goes til 7PM).
My wife and I will be setting up there tomorrow morning.
I have a nice collection of bayonets for the table and some more holsters, slings, etc.
