I prefer warne maxima rings and bases. For single peice bases egw makes some nice stuff. In my experience steel rings have a much better hold than aluminum rings.

Hornady 6.5 140gr A-Max at Mile High is $26.99 per box or $260 per case vs. $29.99 per box of FGMM 175gr match. Or $32 for 178gr Hornady A-Max match. So the Creedmoor is cheaper. Mile High is in Erie, not a very far drive.
Barrels are a consumable item, and several companies have prefit barrels now.
I'm patiently waiting for Ruger to release a left hand version.
