I highly doubt they would let him shoot, especially near a post office. Last I checked they won't even let you carry CCW in there.Did you just answer your own question ?

I'd go out there with a bat, if for nothing more than exercise...
Might draw some attention if im prone with a rifle 20 ft from the P.O. entrance. Denver P.D. might have an issue with it too.
