I second what 9mmJ said--some of those site builder sites are pretty limiting. The CSPDSWAT.org site is on Drupal and I believe they're running it on some fairly affordable hosting. With the exception of limited databases and memory, you can do just about anything with it. I setup the first year of my own site with GoDaddy and Drupal for only about $60 and now I'm on BlueHost and I spent about $80 for three years of hosting there. You can make professional sites with Wordpress and Drupal for fairly low-cost that will get you above the site builder sites out there. Especially with free themes and open source plugins. Essentially what 9mmJ said, but he's right--you can up the professionalism without dropping a lot of dough.
