Found a Buck Steelmaster 137 Sharpener?

Found this steelmaster. Was confused but kinda figured it out before googling. Didnt find any video's at a quick glance. Kinda interested in seeing how to use it for a few cheaper folding knives I have and a big fixed or two. Though may just toss it up for sale here cheap for someone that can use it. Sounded like they do a good job a few forum posts I could find on them?

My dad (or maybe it was my grandfather) had one of those. I tried it a couple of times but never could get good enough results for my liking.
