It's been 7 days since the owner replied. What's the update?

IMO IF you post about less than stellar service and a rep of said business reaches out to correct said issue. The least one could do is post an update, yes?

Seems the same B.S as other boards. Someone post "complaining" about service from company X. 1/2 the replies are of the Did you try contacting the company?

Ummm no i haven't..
Then contacts the company and guess what....96-97% of the time the issue was resolved. Go Figure. The other 3-4% is an on going issue with gun or other functioning problem

Comcast and Sig come to mind in that Duh we don't have a problem on our end.
