    Default Multiple auto claim question

I got hit sitting at the stop sign at the base of the exit coming off of southbound 225 to northbound Parker road. I was nearly at a stop, had just started pulling off to merge with traffic. (previously came to stop, had just let off brake) Back end of car smashed, driver's quarter looks a little bowed.

Then, I get hit sitting stopped at a yield sign at the roundabout on the I76 frontage road. I was waiting my turn, and dude in the roundabout slid straight into my driver's door. Both doors fucked, window broken, pushed the car off the road and tagged passenger quarter on sign pole.

2 different insurance companies. Neither matches my insurance company (USAA). I had an appointment with body shop and to pick up rental tomorrow morning.

I was sore from first accident, did not seek medical. I'm heading in on this one.

How does all this shit work? I don't like dealing with these things, and would like some insight into how all this goes down. Each impact individually will not likely total out the car, but together they may.

Sorry to hear that, hope you're okay.
Ideally each company will pay for the damage for which their driver is liable. Like you said, additional damage may end up totaling the vehicle. Each company owes to put you back to pre-loss condition; it just so happens that "pre-loss" condition for the second company is a vehicle with preexisting damage. You may end up having a bit of additional stress to deal with if the two other companies don't make it easy for you. I'd at least talk to each company and let them answer that question for you before you get too worried about it though. You may end up calling Monky on this one.

Rear ended Thursday, t-boned tonight. One on the way to work, one on the way home. Both other drivers got tickets.

The first company I have more confidence in (Geico), the other one is Fred Loya.

Both said each addresses it's own problem, but the people at Loya were being pretty pissy about it (and hung up on my wife).

I don't want to plant seeds of doubt for you, but Fred Loya sucks balls. I don't want to encourage you to file claims through USAA because you're going to have two separate claims and two deductibles, but you may end up doing just that, or at least on the second one.

Before looking up attorneys, look up the Department of Insurance website and learn how to file a DOI complaint.

Well I hope you're not too banged up if loya is on the injury side of the accident. Best you're hoping for is min limits and they do NOT like to actually pay claims.

You're probably better off using geico for the first claim, filing a claim with yours for the 2nd and let them go after loya. You'll take a hit but it's less bs than dealing with loya

For the PD you're on your own basically. 99% of attorneys won't touch it. Due to no $$$ to be made from property

Call your insurance, let them deal with the others.
