Alright, I'm REALLY FUCKING OVER THIS SHIT.
Geico handling hit #1, Fred fuckin Loya claiming that hit #2 was by a driver excluded on the policy. Called in my insurance to handle.
Went to get rental Tues morning, and the Geico rep was late opening the doorby nearly a half hour, making me late to work. Geico calls and leaves message yesterday that with both hits, car is likely done. They're going to work with USAA to figure it out. Great! Oh wait, gotta get a new car. Hit to credit in the middle of buying a house. SHIT. No choice, gotta do it.

Driving the rental to pick up my wife after work. Stopped at stop sign, start rolling to merge into traffic... BAM! Tagged again. Bent rear door on rental (little suv), exhaust rattles. Esurance this time. Fuck my life.

What the flying fuck? Can people no longer handle simple fucking tasks like taking a look around from time to time? I wear my seatbelt, use a headset if I get a call while driving, watch mirrors, look before merging, and obey the signs. Get fucked anyway. I must have REALLY pissed someone off in a past life.

My bad experience with Fred Loya was an adjuster telling me that AFTER the accident, the owner of the vehicle called in and excluded the at fault driver. This of course is not legal. The stupid adjuster even left that on my work voice mail. I just sent my file straight to arbitration. You should request documentation proving that the driver was excluded. I'd also file a Department of Insurance complaint right now. If the driver WAS actually excluded, then you won't suffer any consequences for having filed the complaint, but it WILL force them to prove the driver was excluded.

Do you have any links to help me with that? I have been trying to reach them to get the policy docs, but they don't answer calls.

Yeah, they also never answer their phone. I'm on my phone now, but just Google "colorado doi complaint," and it should come up.

Well, at this point, Geico has handled their end (hit #1) and has a check waiting for me at the shop. I have to take their rental back and fork over $500 deductible (to enterprise) for the Esurance claim tomorrow. Esurance has accepted liability for hit #3, and should reimburse the $500 deductible to me sometime within the next century. Loya says their driver excluded, so I have to sue the little fucker for medical and my deductible with USAA on hit #2. They refuse to show me policy documents showing exclusion, so there is a DOI complaint out for it. Hit #2 totaled the car, so I have to find one soon.

Anyone got a line on a 2010+ AWD Taurus for sub $15k?

AND does anyone know how I find out who the registered owner of dudes car is? I wanna sue them too.

USAA can find, or at least try to find that info for you. USAA will be subrogating Fred Loya for the damage caused to your car, regardless of what Fred Loya says, so they should be trying to get that same information.
If Esurance has accepted liability for accident number three, then refunding the deductible shouldn't take very long. In fact, USAA may just advance the refund to you, since they can stand to be without $500 for longer than you can. Just call your USAA adjuster and ask them to advance the deductible since Esurance has already accepted liability.

Fred Loya is terrible. Absolute nightmare to deal with. That is about all I can add to this.

Go to the DMV on Pierce street. Bring a little money. It'll take you about five minutes, but you'll have the answer you need.
