OT, this is a HORRIBLE atrocity. But like Hurley said, 20 years in Russian prison is actually a pretty fair punishment. Black Dolphin is no freakin joke. I think if all prisons in the US were run the way Black Dolphin is there would be a massive drop in recidivism.
