I adapted the idea from roberth to make the whole carton, then refrigerate most of it and just toss a handful into the pan every morning. A carton could last a guy a whole week!

I do that with mine. I'll use the leftover hash browns and scramble up some eggs and cheese and wrap it in a tortilla on my way out the door. Plus, I usually have some precooked diced bacon in the fridge from my homemade slabs. Or throwing a frozen sausage patty into the pan works too.
Several sites are reporting local costcos with scepter fuel cans for $15 starting to show up. Anybody seen any in Colo?

Thanks for the heads up on the gas cans, I picked one up at the Parker Costco.
I was at the Powers store in COS yesterday and didn't see those cans. :-(
