Default Ruger 10/22 bull barrel recommendations

I'm in the market for a bull barrel for my 10/22 I have been looking at the tactical solutions fluted and threaded barrel or a green mountain barrel. A few members have reached out and offered barrels they have. I'm having difficulty selecting a barrel. A few have caught my eye there is one called a trailer park barrel but I can't find any info on it. Any help would be great

Just saw your post, been vacationing.

I modified a couple of 10/22s with Tactical Solutions .920 fluted and threaded barrels. No complaints, easy to install (some sanding was required). Bought mine from Midway on a great sale they were running.

I recommend TacSol barrels as an upgrade, especially if you intend to run them with cans.

Agree, good bang for the buck.

Tacsol barrels are nice. They are exceptionally light, and reasonably accurate. I have several of the fluted and threaded ones. No real complaints.

If you are looking for exceptional accuracy, and they are about the same price, buy a Kidd barrel. http://www.coolguyguns.com/KIDD-22LR...rrel_p_27.html

The Shilen 10/22 barrels are also very accurate, but they don't have threaded muzzles when they show up, and are more expensive.

I have a Green Mountain full bull barrel, a Clerk fluted bull barrel, and a Kidd tapered bull barrel. All shoot great.

I have a KIDD 10/22 and a big fan of their barrels. Amazing accuracy at or below 1/2" at 50 yards with a large range of ammo from CCI to Lapua.
